How do the plans work?+
Australia Community and General English are monthly: you subscribe, get instant access and can cancel anytime. Professional English is annual, paid upfront or in 12 instalments, with 12 months of access to the field you choose.
What about live classes?+
Live classes are bought separately, one class at a time, by any student. Plan subscribers get a discount on classes in their program, and students from partner institutions get their institution's partnership discount.
Can I start with the Australia Community and switch later?+
Yes. Many students start by getting to know Australia in Portuguese and, when they feel ready, move on to General English. Your progress and your community stay with you.
How does the discount for partner-institution students work?+
If your university has a partnership with NEI, just verify your university email. The benefit is applied automatically to your plan and live classes.
Do I need any English to start?+
No. The Australia Community is entirely in Portuguese, and General English starts from the basics, organised around real situations such as airports, restaurants and work.
Do I get a certificate?+
Yes. When you complete General English, you receive a Newell English Institute certificate of completion.
